#1 about data

hello i am working i image registration so thats why i need a data to train my model i need a data so i downloaded this data but can you please tell me how we can get the data from ADNI_NALPEM_ALL.csv file

The segmentation maps are available in this repository. If you are after the actual MRI images, those need to be downloaded from ADNI directly. http://adni.loni.usc.edu/data-samples/access-data/

i already downloaded this data but i found only 500 data volumes not 5000 i need more then 3000 volumes to train my model

Are you missing the structural segmentations or the actual MR images?

i dont need any segmentation, i just need actual MRI T1 weights images

Those are not in this repository. You will need to go through ADNI.

yes i know in this repository dont have any original data i already download the data from ADNI website but its only 500 images

There are substantially more patients/T1w MR images in ADNI than 500. Make sure to consider all ADNI phases 1/GO/2/3 and perhaps both baseline and followup images. Please go through ADNI for further guidance.
