This repository contains all surface data (reconstructed anatomy 'fsnative' and functional timeseries projected onto the surface) of all participants for the 7T fMRI study that uses 20 different categories. In addition, it contains other relevant data for two studies that have used this dataset: one on word areas, one on hand areas.

7TfMRI_20categories_Words_Hands_Studies

This repository contains all surface data (reconstructed anatomy 'fsnative' and functional timeseries projected onto the surface) of all participants for the 7T fMRI study that uses 20 different categories. A folder with the stimuli used in the experiment is also included (for more information on the stimuli, experiment, and data, read one of the articles mentioned below). In addition, it contains other relevant data that was used specifically for two studies, that have used this dataset: one on word areas, one on hand and tool areas. For more explanation on these files, please read the articles. Word areas study: "Pillet, I., Cerrahoğlu, B., Philips, V., Dumoulin, S., Op de Beeck. H. (2024). The position of visual word forms in the anatomical and representational space of visual categories in occipitotemporal cortex. Currently under review with Imaging Neuroscience.". Hand tool areas study: "Pillet, I., Cerrahoğlu, B., Philips, V., Dumoulin, S., Op de Beeck, H. (2024). A 7T fMRI investigation of hand and tool areas in the lateral and ventral occipitotemporal cortex. Currently under review with PLOS ONE.".
