Hi Samuel, it looks like the hidden files .mxarray were added to git instead of git-annex. I don't know why exactly this happend. Also the files that are tracked by gin don't seem to be locked. Did you use the gin-cli for committing or some other tool?

oups. I did not see this. Yes I used gin client for this. Strange. I propose to close this and open a new one without theses hidden files. It will be easier.

Also one file seems to be much bigger with 18MB than the other files. Can this file be reduced in size or are all fields in there essential for testing the format?
