This pull request adds different files for tests of BlackrockIO. The test cases covered here include 'Pause' and 'Reset in the files. The things that occur with these files and are now being tested in neo are:

  • Failing, because segments could not be separated in nev
  • Warning because of spikes outside of segment
  • Warning because reset was not explicitly documented in nev file
  • Correctly running through with no problems
