#2 update to odML file version 1.1

This includes updating

• metadata files
• software for combining data and metadata (ReachGraspIO)

Yes, that's a very good goal now that now versions of odml and Neo are available -- will be put on the agenda.

There is an updated version of the repository available at sprenger/multielectrode_grasp. The same changes were also added to INT/multielectrode_grasp by accident, but were reverted in 3d981a6e16 and 8b1499049a. The update includes the following

• Neo 0.7.1
• Elephant 0.6.0
• odML 1.4.2
• update of the contained odML files to file version 1.1
• adjustment of additional code to be compatible with versions above

Since some of the changes belong to annexed files, which are not included in PRs on GIN I can not open a PR for adding these changes here, but need to push directly. Please review the changes above and tell me when to push directly.

The changes were reviewed by Alessandra Stella are now also present in master. I will close this issue.
