#38 Error 500 when downloading git-annexed file

When attempting to download a file via the 'download' button an internal server error (500) occurs if the file was committed via git-annex and the content the content was not uploaded to gin. It is impossible for gin to provide a download of non-existent content, however, the error message should be more informative and user friendly.
